America’s system of governance is progressive in securing and advancing natural rights and liberty and conservative in limiting government power to preserve and protect the same. ARGO recognizes this as one of the highest functional ideals of American civic and political society and that a diversity of perspectives and considerations is required to achieve and sustain balance.
Additionally, ARGO recognizes that too often singular/distinct ideologies risk people focusing on the part rather than the whole which can lead to arbitrary blindness and differences. For this reason, ARGO is tolerant to all ideologies to the extent they are useful to fostering unity and consensus, but also conservative in its regard of singular ideological philosophies and differences.
Therefore, ARGO is open to all so long as people honor and acknowledge the principles of individual natural rights and the inherent responsibility of mutual respect that comes along with that. Ultimately, ARGO sees the 2nd Amendment as a means to educate and reestablish shared understanding of Constitutional principles and civic nationalism in America.
